Project Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple ongoing projects, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards, adhere to deadlines, and maximise commercial performance. This role involves close collaboration with the Estimating Department, site teams, and surveyors to ensure project delivery is safe, efficient, and exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
General Management:
Develop financial forecasts, monitor project costs, and produce monthly performance reports for the Contracts Manager.
Manage projects from the design phase through to completion, ensuring all handover documentation is finalized.
Track progress, budget resources effectively, and plan ahead for future project needs.
Define and clarify work packages, ensuring all teams understand their scope of work.
Lead weekly site meetings and maintain accurate records of discussions and actions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and design consultants.
Develop and oversee construction programs in coordination with our client’s staff.
Manage site investigations throughout the construction process.
Provide cost-effective engineering solutions that meet client requirements.
Ensure project plans, risk assessments, method statements, and procurement align with company procedures.
