We are looking for an Account Director to join our Global Beauty Business Development Team. Reporting to the Director, Beauty, the Account Executive will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities, as well as managing existing business.

The Role
* Drive sales of a unique, proprietary Softgel technology, supported by an innovative portfolio of cosmetics formulations.
* Achieve assigned revenue and new business targets, with a strong focus on securing strategic New Wins.
* Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and successful contract renewals.
* Grow the business by identifying and engaging new strategic prospects, excelling in prospecting, cold-calling, and closing deals.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients, coordinating with internal teams (R&D, Customer Service, Legal, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
* Develop and deliver compelling marketing and technical presentations to customers.
* Attend regional and global sales meetings and represent the region at industry events.
* Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities using Salesforce.
* Foster strong professional relationships within the Catalent network to leverage internal resources effectively.
The Candidate
* Proven success as a sales executive in the cosmetics industry, with a strong hunter mentality.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field.
* Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German, Italian) are desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment by identifying and engaging new customers and consistently achieving or exceeding performance targets.
* Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and influence key stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of the Beauty sector, including market trends and customer needs is desired.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) is required; experience using Salesforce is an advantage.
* High adaptability, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Results-oriented, with relentless energy and determination to penetrate new markets while handling rejection positively.
* Ability to travel frequently within EMEA (up to 50%).
* Used to working 100% remotely.
* Based in Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, UK), with proximity to an international airport.
