The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking experienced Composites Manufacturing Engineers located in Berkeley, MO.

Position Overview: As a Composites Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the development and implementation of production methodologies and tooling for composite aircraft parts and assemblies. You will collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes that meet stringent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement manufacturing processes, plans, and tooling methodologies for composite aircraft parts and assemblies.
* Collaborate with IPTs to support the integration of technical solutions and ensure manufacturability of designs.
* Investigate and resolve technical problems related to composite manufacturing processes.
* Participate in the implementation of Lean principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
* Resolve technical issues that significantly impact performance, cost, or schedule.
* Conduct data analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Communicate effectively with internal customers and stakeholders to align on product development and manufacturing goals.
* Perform producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capabilities meet requirements.
* Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout all manufacturing processes.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.
* An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
* Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* Level 2: 2+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelors OR work-related experience with a Masters.
* Level 3: 5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelors OR 3+ years of work-related experience with a Masters OR work related experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Experience supporting stabilization and improvement efforts in a manufacturing setting.

Summary pay range:
Level 2: $75,650 - $102,350
Level 3: $90,100 - $121,900
