Job Description
We are looking for candidates with phone-based customer service experience to join our client based in Uxbridge. If you have experience liaising with customers, clients, or suppliers via the phone and providing first-class customer service, then this is a great opportunity for you. We are seeking reliable and professional candidates to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Salary: £25-28k (DOE)

Customer Service Advisor - The Role
1. Resolve customer issues using a ticketing system.
2. Answer customer calls.
3. Diary Management - Speaking to engineers to book site jobs and update systems.
4. Be the first point of contact for all enquiries via telephone and email.
5. Process customer orders.
6. Arrange shipments and liaise with couriers.
7. Resolve any customer issues and ensure the case is dealt with from start to finish.
Customer Service Advisor - The Candidate
1. 3+ years experience in an office environment.
2. Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
3. Phone-based customer service experience.
4. Able to learn and understand technical jargon.
5. Competent administrator with excellent customer service skills.
6. Confident IT skills, particularly in Excel.
7. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with the ability to work to deadlines is really important.
Unfortunately, we cannot consider candidates from retail or hospitality unless you have office-based customer service experience too.
