We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Administrator to act as Executive Assistant to the Head of School and provide support in HR and recruitment. Your role will be varied and will include Providing complex diary management and support for the Head of School. Servicing and managing School and departmental committee meetings. Supporting and coordinating school activities, such as the School Calendar, directory of leadership roles, and academic promotions. Working closely with the Assistant Operations Manager to support HR processes such as recruitment, fixed term contact management, staff leavers, academic visitors and honorary appointments. You will have secretarial/administrative experience at a senior level, proven experience of planning and organising your own workload, excellent communication skills, including minute taking and a high level of IT skills (including Office 365). You will be able to use your own discretion and respond to issues with tact and diplomacy as well as having proven experience of successfully working both independently and as part of team.
