The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Business Analyst or Business Improvement/Administrative role. This position offers exposure to various areas of the business and focuses on budgeting, forecasting, analysis, project work, and monthly reporting duties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret data to support business decisions. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
* Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and work with stakeholders to implement improvements. Utilize technology and automation to enhance efficiency.
* Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Financial Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities. Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations based on findings.
* Stakeholder Management: Liaise with various departments to understand their needs and provide support. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
* System Support: Provide first-level support for business applications and systems. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT for resolution.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and project plans.
What you will bring to the role:
* Strong understanding of numeric subjects such as mathematics and basic statistics.
* Ideally, a degree in a numerate subject or equivalent relevant work experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, experience with Xero is desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Resilience and flexibility to adapt to different working environments, locations, and teams.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
* Strong commitment to personal development.
* Ability to utilise data-driven insights for process and performance enhancement.
