Position: Service Manager Location: Birmingham, UK Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary:£30,000 - £35,000 We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Manager to join our team in Birmingham and across the West Midlands. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our Supported Living Services for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and who present behaviours that challenge. You will work closely with the Head of Services to ensure the smooth running of our services and the delivery of high-quality care support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Support the Head of Services with Mobilisation, Care Planning and Reviews Oversee the current packages to maintain a high standard of care support Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Manage and develop a team of support staff Monitor and manage budgets and resources effectively Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders Identify and implement improvements to service delivery Requirements: Completed Level 3 in Health & Social Care Demonstrated experience in working with and managing Learning Disabilities services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Strong organisational and time-management skills Experience in budget management and resource allocation A valid driver's license and access to a car for travel purposes We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults.
