We're looking for an experienced administrator to join our Team.
Generate callout tasks to HFL engineers or Subcontractors.
Raise purchase orders for subcontractors.
Raise purchase orders for parts when requested from HFL engineers.
Liaise with relevant contract managers for sites they manage.
Accurate data input into our Maximo system
Notify and keep clients and contract managers up to date.
Chase ETA's, updates and reports following callouts attended.
Generate follow up work orders where callouts require quoted further works.
Maintain the callouts inbox.
Maintain incoming phone calls, transfer to relevant person / team as required.
Liaise with planning team for HFL callouts - engineers available.
Data management - filing emails correctly
Update client systems
Knowledge, skills & experience
Previous administration experience
Shows an enthusiastic approach with the ability to use own initiate to solving problems.
Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to make decisions in a timely fashion, coupled with the ability to investigate and weigh alternatives while understanding root cause analysis/risk mitigation strategies.
Supply chain/Facilities/Hard services understanding and awareness.
Proficient in Microsoft packages.
Highly organised and can manage several projects at same time.
Flexible, fast thinking and conscientious.
Excellent attention to detail.
Locations, Hours and Benefits
40 Hours, Monday to Friday
Based in HFL Head Office, Denton
