Proficient in English at B1 level or above (required for work permit).
Experience working with international operations or diverse cultural environments.
Expertise in setting and achieving sales targets.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and analytical thinking skills.
Willingness and ability to travel, with availability to spend certain periods in the UK.
Proficient in using MS Office programs effectively.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with strong communication abilities.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields).
Expected Criteria Coordinate and oversee daily operations of stores in the UK.
Lead store teams, ensuring effective communication and strong team alignment.
Monitor, develop, and maintain team performance and overall organization.
Enhance employee motivation and implement efficient performance management practices.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
Analyze regional sales data and take action to improve performance.
Ensure visual merchandising and operational standards are met consistently.
Support new store openings in the UK and coordinate associated processes.
Strengthen collaboration and communication between the Turkey headquarters and UK operations.
