We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dispatch Administrator based in Luton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a national distributor and wholesaler servicing a mix of small independent and large companies.
Responsibilities of the Dispatch Administrator
1. Manage admin tasks for outbound and transport services.
2. Planning of loading plans.
3. Prepare driver paperwork.
4. Prepare invoices.
5. Make sure vehicles are loaded with the correct stock and in the correct order for multidrop delivery.
Requirements for a successful Dispatch Administrator
1. Full driving licence with own transport.
2. Proven Administration experience within a warehouse/transport department.
3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Good working knowledge of the warehouse/transport industry.
Summary of the Dispatch Administrator role
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Location: Luton
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 7:00am
