BDE Responsibilities - Not limited to - Develop and execute a personal strategy to grow long term business, achieve assigned sales goals as well as revenue goals - Researching businesses, individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better - Lead landscape analysis and relationship building for new partnerships - Achieve targets for new client sales and service meetings. - Generate leads for sales activity from a variety of sources. - Obtain maximum business levels by selling recruitment solutions over the telephone and face to face using targets as set by Business Manager - Cross sell other divisions/ brands within Gi Group at every opportunity - Ensure Access CRM Sales Flow is continually updated. - Attend networking events to gain market intelligence and leads whilst promoting the Gi brand. - Look to optimise networking of client sites over the geographical region.
