In this role you will:
1. Drive Regional Relationship Management strategies to meet business growth objectives.
2. Monitor market trends, competitor, and regulatory developments to identify potential risks and opportunities in your region and proactively adapting strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
3. Collaborate with other business areas to ensure integrated service deliveries and first-class premier proposition.
4. Be accountable for the teams' compliance, mitigating risk and coaching to drive the right behaviours.
5. Manage and evaluate the performance of Area Premier Relationship Managements and their respective teams to ensure alignment with the bank's goals.
6. Create and promote an environment which values high standards & accountability, and which fosters teamwork and shared success.
7. Act as an escalation point for significant client issues and ensure timely resolution.
8. Have a strong understanding and experience of relationship management, uncovering client needs, referring to a specialist within a customer facing environment.
9. Possess strong knowledge of Wealth journeys and banking products: Retail and/or Mortgages.
10. Have scale line management experience.
11. Exhibit excellent communication, stakeholder management and senior leadership skills.
12. Have the ability to identify and effectively act on customer referral opportunities as well as being able to coach your teams to do the same - essential.
13. QCF Level 4 Financial Planning desirable - although not essential.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the Area Premier Relationship Managers and their teams of Premier Relationship Directors and Managers. This role will include driving the Premier strategy, ensuring exceptional client service and achieving business growth targets. This role will be part of the growth ambition for a business area which is rapidly growing to ensure clients have the best outcome.
