Reporting to the Property Surveying Manager, this role will work with colleagues across the organisation, to lead on green technology to bring Affordable Warmth to our homes., Some of the duties of the Green Energy Specialist include:
Review and lead on approved renewable technology to develop a preferred product specification to move properties toward net zero through the introduction of green energy products.
To have detailed knowledge of legislation, industry best practice, trends and technical understanding of the issues associated with Electrical, PV and ASHP systems.
Provide expert advice to the most appropriate solutions to introduce electric charging to our homes or blocks of flats, developing the criteria for landlord permission in relation to this area.
Educated to Level 4, HNC in Electrical, PC and ASHP, or equivalent experience.
Project Management Qualification, or equivalent experience.
