We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Housing Investment Team as an Assistant Capital Projects Officer. Your role You will be responsible for the development and delivery of minor capital projects from establishing the initial brief through to the construction phase to practical completion. What you will need As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience of writing technical reports with clear recommendations for a diverse audience and have relevant experience in a similar client side / local authority role. You will have proven experience of managing and controlling budgets along with experience of small to medium projects. Why work for us?
