Job Description SeaRenergy is a company in the offshore wind industry dedicated to providing comprehensive services and innovative solutions for the construction, operation, and maintenance of offshore wind farms. To support operations on the OWF Moray West Project, we are currently seeking two Offshore Supervisor (m/f/d) to oversee critical tasks, including Midel exchange and oil transfer activities on Moray West platforms. The roles involve managing day and night shifts from a Jack-Up Barge (JUB) and may require initial supervision during project mobilisation at Port of Nigg (PON). Your Responsibilities: Receive and manage safety documents from the SAP Act as the Competent Person in charge of the working party Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards Oversee management of permits and ensure compliance with safety protocols Supervise and support the Grosvenor oil transfer team and technicians Oversee the positioning and connection of pumps and offshore transformer modules (OTMs) Manage the inspection, positioning, and operation of oil hoses and ISO tanks Generate and issue Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) Act as the primary interface with the client and team Participate in daily project calls and toolbox talks Coordinate with project management and contractors to ensure smooth operations Supervise mobilisation activities at PON (if required) Address unforeseen operational needs as they arise Your Profile: Education: Relevant technical education or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering. Advanced technical training or specialization in offshore systems preferred. Experience: Several years of experience in offshore maintenance, construction, or related activities, preferably within large-scale wind farm projects. Leadership experience is a plus. Skills & Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong technical problem-solving and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems. Certifications: Full GWO Package (First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, Sea Survival, Working at Heights), Donut Descender, OGUK Offshore Medical and Chester Step Test Contract Duration: Up to 4 weeks, commencing 24th March.
