They are looking for an Assistant Project Manager for their Client Asset Control Office to join the team on an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of extension. You will be hybrid working Monday to Friday with 2 days being in the office. The position is standard office hours, with occasional out of hours particularly during go live. This role presents an opportunity to join the Group CASS Controls Office and their involvement in the migration of the mutual funds books to a new administration platform. What you'll be doing Supporting the migration activities from a CASS perspective Supporting the engagement with auditors, providing information and evidence as required Forming relationships across all areas of the project and strategic partner to help enable a smooth migration. Inputting policy and similar documentation What you'll need For this role you must have project experience in either CASS or Mutual Funds. Knowledge of risk frameworks and controls is a desirable skill set. You'll be a risk framework and reporting professional, ideally with a qualification and experience in a related field (e.g. finance or risk & control management) or, alternatively, having gained expertise through experience in a similar function along with: You'll possess a good level of knowledge risk and control frameworks You'll be analytical, organised and have experience of dealing with 3rd party vendors. You'll communicate with confidence You'll build collaborative relationships internally within business areas, project team and the strategic third party partners.
