Overview We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Board of Directors in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders. Benefits Competitive salary of £32,000 per annum Access to training and development programmes Hours: 32 - 37.5 (Monday - Friday) Responsibilities EA support to the board of Directors Manage complex diaries and coordinate internal and external appointments Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office suite Facilitate communication and coordination between stakeholders Organise travel arrangements and logistical support for the Directors Uphold confidentiality information Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar EA role Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously and under pressure Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office suite, MS Teams, and Zoom Experience in the healthcare industry would be an advantage but not essential
