We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing brand and help shape the future of the people strategy. In this varied, standalone role, you will handle all aspects of HR, from employee relations to recruitment, training, and engagement, while working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
The role:
• Managing the employee lifecycle – onboarding, contracts, inductions, and exit interviews
• Leading recruitment for HQ and operational roles, ensuring you hire and retain top talent
• Supporting line managers with people management, training, and development
• Driving diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives
• Owning HR policies, compliance, and best practices
• Handling HR systems, payroll queries, and people analytics
• Supporting company-wide projects that enhance culture and ways of working
Experience:
• 2-3 years of HR Advisor experience (CIPD Level 5 desirable)
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments (fitness, retail, hospitality)
• A proactive, people-first approach with excellent communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and support managers with confidence
