Job Title: 1:1 Tutor for Maths and English Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour Job Duties: Provide personalised tutoring in Maths and English to students on a one-to-one basis Create tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs and learning styles of students Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative learning environment Keep accurate records of student attendance, progress, and feedback Required Qualifications: A relevant degree in Maths, English, Education, or a related field Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) Proven experience in tutoring or teaching Maths and English Education: Degree in Maths, English, Education, or related field Experience: Previous tutoring or teaching experience in Maths and English Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the national curriculum for Maths and English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications in Special Education Needs (SEN) or teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) Experience working with students of varying abilities All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
