Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Schedule and manage service, MOT and repair appointments, coordinating with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions, and address any customer inquiries or concerns (Full Training provided). Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area, creating a positive first impression for our customers. Handle administrative tasks such as processing paperwork, maintaining computer records, and processing customer payments. Qualifications: Well-presented appearance, with a friendly and approachable demeanour Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with good attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and administrative tasks. Previous experience in a service centre/car dealership, in a receptionist role is preferred. Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to provide highest levels of service to our customers.
