Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent upon experience, plus overtime and door to door payment. OTE £35k-£40k pa

What can you expect?
Due to business growth, we are recruiting for a knowledgeable and time served Plumbing Estimator with experience in the Water Treatment & Hygiene Sector to join our team and work on a national basis. This role involves reviewing Legionella Risk Assessments and Site Surveys, consulting with Suppliers, providing technical support to our team and completing onsite surveys.
Utilizing your technical expertise and knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance in the water treatment and water hygiene sector to:
1. Review Legionella Risk Assessments to create detailed quotations, specifying required parts and labour
2. Review Plumbers' site surveys to produce accurate quotations, detailing necessary parts and labour
3. Collaborate with the Purchasing Team and Suppliers to order correct materials, ensuring they meet specified requirements and review supplier quotes to ensure materials align with the original request and standards. To track ordered parts to ensure timely arrival before the job start date
4. Conduct site surveys across the country, producing comprehensive and detailed reports
5. Plan and complete your workload independently, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently
6. Provide technical support to Plumbers and the Purchasing Team, ensuring all activities are aligned with industry regulations
7. Ensure all parts and materials are compliant with relevant regulations and standards
8. Maintain detailed records and write reports to document activities and findings accurately
Requirements
What do I need?
9. Full driving licence
10. An in-depth understanding and experience within the water treatment and water hygiene sector
11. A solid technical background with extensive knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance
12. RPZ commissioning & testing
13. NVQ level 2 or City Guilds level 2 in Plumbing
14. Willingness to travel for site surveys across the country
15. Unvented (G3)
16. Water Regulations/ By laws
17. Proven experience in reviewing and interpreting Legionella Risk Assessments and Site Surveys
18. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with the Purchasing Team, Suppliers, and Account Managers
