BAM Site Solutions are looking to recruit a Customer Insight Manager to analyse customer data and feedback to provide insights that drive decision-making and improve service delivery.
This is a full-time role working on site at Wellingborough. BAM operates a flexible working policy, actively encouraging periods of remote home working and flexibility in start and finish hours to fit into an individual's busy lifestyle.

Your mission
1. Gather and analyze client feedback and data to identify service improvement areas.
2. Work with client engagement and product solutions teams to address client needs.
3. Develop insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and service.
4. Track key customer metrics and report insights to senior management.
5. Responsible for day to day management of customer systems.
6. In conjunction with the Managing Director, actively contribute to BAM Site Solutions business strategy, business plans, ensuring compliance and consistent delivery and rolling out of objectives and targets, including reporting requirements.
7. Set individual and team objectives for the four depots and Product Managers as assigned, ensuring performance against those objectives.
8. Understand and interpret the strategic direction of the Business Unit and align operational delivery to strategic intent within the depot teams.
9. Embed a culture of compliance to all UK & Ireland policies, targets, standards, and strategy in relation to safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability.
10. Implement and deliver new opportunities within Site Solutions.
11. Embed new engagements and partnership approaches across industry, professional bodies, and trade associations as part of the business unit's future outlook.
12. Actively promote and embed product innovation, expertise, and practice into the depots in conjunction with the Product Managers.
13. Accountable for delivering actionable insights based on customer data.
14. Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve client experience.
15. Ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product and service strategies.
16. Provide regular insights to management to support business decisions.
Who are we looking for?
A data-driven professional with a strong background in customer analytics or market research.
Skilled in using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar for data visualization.
Experience in managing and maintaining customer data systems.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for business strategies.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple teams and present findings effectively.
