Caremark Rotherham are recruiting for female Children’s Support Workers.

You will be a professional who actively involves your client in their care and support needs. Your role focuses on creating meaningful interactions and professional relationships with your clients, families and other healthcare professionals involved within their care.
You will be trained specifically in your clients’ needs to ensure your competency and skills. You will be supported and guided throughout your role by our management team to help your progression in your role.
We have available work for DAYS & NIGHTS working PART TIME AND FULL TIME. Up to £27,000 per annum based on 40 hours per week.
The role involves supporting individuals with their daily living activities such as:
* Personal care
* Toileting
* Nutrition & hydration requirements (specialised feeding techniques)
* Medication administration
* Community access undertaking activities your client enjoys such as going to the park, bowling, swimming, arts/crafts, shopping, meals out. Literally any activity our clients are interested in!
* Accessing and accompanying at school
* Accompanying to use public transport
* Companionship
* Household duties
* Emotional support
Your availability for work requires to remain the same as you will be supporting your own clients on a regular basis on either a one to one or two to one basis.
The support visits are from 4 hours up to 12 hour blocks at any one time during the day and night.
You will be required to work on a two-week rolling rota where you will be expected to work alternate Saturdays and Sundays. (This is a necessity for the role)
