We are looking to offer a Business Management Graduate the opportunity to join our team based in Stevenage.
Our structured development programme gives you the opportunity to explore key areas of our business including Finance, HR and IT. You’ll support exciting projects and gain hands-on experience while learning directly from experienced professionals.
By the end of the 2-year programme, we will help you identify your area of specialism, ready to start the next stage of your career at M Group Services.
Once we receive your application you will be asked to complete a video interview. This will be followed by an assessment centre day at our head office in Stevenage and if successful a start date of the first week of September.

As the Business Management Graduate, you’ll get the opportunity to:
* Undertake cross-departmental projects within our head office functions
* Support the finance team in areas such as financial planning, budgeting and reporting
* Get involved in HR projects such as recruitment, learning and development and training
* Support day to day operations in our head office departments and contribute to improving processes
* Analyse data and provide insights that help shape business decisions
What you’ll bring?
We are looking for a recent graduate with a 2:1 degree in any discipline.
During the recruitment process we will want to see that you are willing to learn, self-motivated, punctual, organised, committed, and hard-working. Many of the technical skills you will need to succeed in this role will be developed as part of your training.
