IRecruit4 are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with the drive and ambition to launch, grow a new division within our business. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing recruiter who is ready to take ownership and reap some incredible rewards.
You will be responsible for business development, lead generation, candidate marketing, and relationship management, all while establishing the division and Team as a high-performing function.

✔ Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally with experience in launching or managing.
✔ A track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a KPI-driven environment.
✔ Strong negotiation skills to secure higher fees and maximise earning potential.
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a successful recruitment function.
✔ Exceptional business development and relationship-building skills.
✔ The ability to generate new client opportunities and effectively market candidates.
✔ A self-motivated, driven, and resilient mindset, thriving in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Launch & Grow a New Division – Take full ownership of building and expanding a specialist recruitment desk.
* Sales & Business Development – Proactively generate leads, secure new business, and establish strong client relationships.
* Build & Maintain a Sales Pipeline – Identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of client prospects.
* Target & KPI Management – Work towards and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
* Candidate Marketing & Speculative Approaches – Identify and market top candidates to create new opportunities.
* Negotiation & Fee Agreements – Secure the best possible fees for the business while maximising your commission earnings.
* Relationship Building – Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
* Client & Candidate Management – Match high-quality candidates with client requirements and manage the full recruitment cycle.
* Travel to Clients – Attend face-to-face meetings to strengthen partnerships and close deals.
* Market Insights & Strategy – Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying growth opportunities to expand the division.
