About the Role
As a Field Merchandiser at GadJet, you will be responsible for visiting customers, ensuring that our products are neatly displayed, fully stocked and well-promoted in retail sites. You will work closely with store managers and our office team to drive product visibility and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
The ideal candidate will be covering Wales and South West of England, with a focus on visiting customers in the region to ensure our products are displayed and stocked effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Arrange and maintain product displays, including setting up signage and fixtures.
* Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure products are consistently available on the shelves.
* Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to optimise product placement to drive sales.
* Gather and report on market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.
* Provide regular updates and reports on store visits, stock levels, merchandising activities and any issues encountered.
* Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, help qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
* Overnight stay in a defined region when needed.
Requirements
* Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales or a related field is preferred.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Attention to detail and keen eye on visual merchandising.
* Ability to travel within the region.

£13.50 per hour based on experience + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission.
