What You’ll Be Doing: Own the Accounts: Take charge of key grocery and high-street customers with full P&L and JBP responsibility. From driving revenue and pitching NPD to closing range gaps and hitting ambitious targets—you’ll be at the forefront of growth. Be the Face of the Brand: Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships across all levels with your retail partners. You’ll advocate for their needs internally while driving bold, strategic growth externally. Master the Numbers: Lead on forecasting, financial planning, and trade spend management. You’ll own the P&L, track every detail, and ensure both revenue and profit goals are met. ⚡ Drive New Business: Spot and seize growth opportunities—whether that’s expanding existing ranges or breaking into new channels (like OOH, convenience, and wholesale), you’ll be leading the charge. ✈️ Category Champion: Use data and shopper insights to craft compelling sales stories. What We’re Looking For: ✅ FMCG Sales Pro: 3 years of account management experience (grocery/high-street preferred).
