TAG Global Training are looking for a ground-based Training Instructor to join the team at Farnborough. The successful candidate will be involved in the whole training cycle from design to delivery of safety courses to Pilots, Cabin Crew and associated employees of UHNW individuals.

Training Instructor
1. The successful candidate will possess the ability to teach all of the ground school courses to Pilots, Cabin Crew and associated employees of the UHNW.
2. The position demands great attention to detail, the ability to understand the UK CAA and EASA framework of implementing rules, as well as working collaboratively in a small team environment.
3. There is an opportunity to grow your already developed Learning and Development skills within the role.
We're looking for someone who can:
1. Facilitate training sessions for a multilingual audience, in both classroom and online environments.
2. Ensure that course standards, training requirements and objectives are met.
3. Ensure regulatory compliance of courses to UK CAA and EASA standards.
4. Research, design, develop and maintain course material using MS Office applications.
5. Be responsible for student safety during practical training.
6. Take on additional projects and duties as assigned by Management.
7. Have a flexible approach to working days and hours.
8. Assist with 'front of house' duties when required.
9. Collaborate with key stakeholders within the business.
10. Travel Overseas and in the UK to deliver training if required.
Further requirements for the role:
Essential:
1. Have operated as Cabin Crew, or a Pilot with previous Cabin Crew experience, and hold or have held an EASA Attestation
2. Have experience in delivering training in SEP, CRM and/or Aviation First Aid training
3. Recognised certificate in teaching and learning
4. Hold a valid UK driving licence
Desirable:
1. Aviation Security and Dangerous Goods qualification
2. Experience of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring E-Learning
