As an Audit Administrator, you will be based at our Head Office, providing administration support to the Internal Audit Team and conducting routine audit checks. A successful candidate will eventually have the opportunity to train as an Internal Auditor, assisting the Internal Auditor's on-site visits.
Main Duties
* Provide administration support within the Internal Audit Department.
* Liaise with over 20 separate business units, dealing with queries.
* Operate a central mailbox and phone line.
* Complete checks on various company documents such as; Nominal Payments / Cheques / New Supplier Applications / Invoices.
* Conduct checks on and process Expenses / Cash advances.
* Conduct system security and compliance checks on our online banking systems / SAP systems.
* Beging Responsiable for the reception area when required.
* Setting templates up for payments, checking and authorising internal payments, adding new companies to our payment list and updating existing payments.
* Creating purchase orders, posting invoices and raising ercharges.
Essential Skills
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Basic experience in an office environment.
* Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
* An excellent team player.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication.
* A commitment to continuous improvement in both personal and company processes.
Desired Skills
* Admin Experience.
* Experience using/navigating SAP.
