The successful candidate will play a key role in cost estimation, contract management, and financial control for various M&E projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for M&E projects. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and specifications. Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor and supplier negotiations. Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations to ensure cost control. Provide commercial advice to project teams and senior management. Evaluate and manage claims, change orders, and final accounts. Prepare and submit progress reports and financial statements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and contractual requirements. Requirements Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration in the M&E sector. Proficiency in relevant QS software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or similar). Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
