VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Front Office Manager for a leading Property focused company.
This is a Full-time position - Flexibility can be offered on hours if required.
Permanent position - Monday - Friday - Position of work is Glengormley.

Responsibilities:
* Front Office duties
* Greet Clients, meet with individuals entering office
* Answering the phone
* Following up on viewers, and taking offers
* Managing the Front of Office Area
* Encourage sales with clients
The Ideal Person:
* Experience in similar role or Office Manager / Receptionist position
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident with computers and skilled in Microsoft Office
* Proficiency in Excel
