Responsibilities Include: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, addressing their inquiries related to futures & options and OTC clearing services. Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Generate and deliver operational reviews and insightful metrics to clients. Collaborate with operations teams to resolve trade discrepancies and settlement issues in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to boost the client service experience. Partner with technology teams to develop and enhance clearing platforms and tools. Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and the bank’s risk management policies. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of client-centric excellence. What we are looking for: Very clear understanding of futures & options and OTC clearing workflows, including trade lifecycle processes. Demonstrated expertise in futures markets and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID). Proficiency in industry platforms and tools (e.g. FIA Docs, GMI). Additional Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex client issues. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities at once.
