Key Responsibilities:
* Advertise vacancies and manage the registration process.
* Conduct pre-screening interviews.
* Engage in proactive business development to expand the current client database.
* Handle account management and client visits to both new and existing clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with our candidate base.
Ideal Candidate:
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident with strong communication and people skills.
* Well-organized with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
* Results-oriented and target-driven.
* Enjoys working as part of a team and performs well under pressure.
* Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Knowledge of the catering sector is preferred.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
