Sulis Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Somerset, has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our clinical teams to develop robust pathways that ensure a unique and exemplary patient pathway for MSK surgical patients.
This is a new role for Sulis. We are seeking someone who can engage with all stakeholders to ensure best practice is upheld, and we want to give you the freedom and responsibility to make changes to enable an effective, safe, and caring service.
Our Inpatient ward at Sulis hosts patients following a variety of surgical procedures, including Orthopedics, ENT, Gynecology, and General Surgery. Your remit will be providing the highest standards of care required for MSK surgical patients. Any training requirements for your role will be discussed with you and supported by Sulis.
Full Time: 37.5 hours / Job Share considered

Shift pattern to include:
Monday-Sunday as required but predominantly Mon-Fri hours variable to meet service requirements.
If you have NMC registration and a demonstrable record of CPD with knowledge of current issues in professional practice, then we would like to hear from you. Specialist Orthopaedic nursing experience is essential. Please read the person specification.
