Role Summary:
The Executive Assistant & Social Media Coordinator is crucial in supporting the executive team while managing the company’s social media presence and contributing to branding efforts. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, creative, and skilled in digital communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support and Administrative duties:
Manage and coordinate the executive team’s schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as the executive team requires.
Serve as the first point of contact for the executive team, managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee office management tasks, including supplies, document management, and facility coordination.
Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, such as webinars, workshops, and conferences.
Manage logistics, communications, and follow-up activities related to these events.
Social Media Coordination and Marketing support:
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s brand and objectives.
Create and schedule original content for social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and other company communications.
Curate and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady stream of engaging material for the company’s digital platforms.
Monitor platforms to engage with the audience and increase brand visibility.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Assist in developing and maintaining consistent branding across all company communications, including digital and print materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand messaging is aligned across all platforms and channels.
Participate in the creation of promotional materials, presentations, and other branded content.
