Scheme Manager - Liverpool (temp, min 2 months)
We are seeking a Scheme Manager in Liverpool to support our client on a temporary basis for a minimum of 2 months.
You will be based at an Independent Living Scheme, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day housing & tenancy management.
Your new role
* Morning check in calls
* Dealing with on-site emergencies
* Completing routine health & safety compliance checks and reporting repairs
* Voids, lettings, signups and viewings
* Dealing with low level ASB and neighbour nuisance
* Multi-agency work, signposting and referrals
* Updating relevant risk assessments
* Responding to complaints and enquiries from customers, family members and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience of dealing with older people in a social housing environment, building management and compliance requirements
* Good knowledge and understanding of housing & tenancy management principles and relevant legislation
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* IT proficiency
What you'll get in return

* Hourly rates up to £19.15 per hour
* 35 hour per week contract
* Option to be paid PAYE or Umbrella
