We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective upselling techniques and product knowledge.
Logic4training is the UK’s leading Training and Assessment provider within the building services sector, encompassing gas, oil, electric, plumbing, refrigeration, renewable energy, smart meter and new entrant’s courses. We provide high spec training and assessment facilities for our employees to work from to be able to deliver the best training to our candidates. We are now looking for a Course Sales Advisor to join the Logic4training team at our head office in Northolt.
Requirements
* Sales experience on the phone and face to face.
* Proven success in your sales ability, confident negotiator, and ability to ‘close the deal’.
* Confidence to sell services and upsell.
* Strong client management skills.
* Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
* Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
* Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks.
* Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
* A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
* Capable of working as a team and independently, and having responsibility for their role and tasks.
* Computer literate, including the use of PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Exceptional telephone manner.
* Strong focus on high level customer service, including telephone and face to face experience.
* Positive, friendly, and supportive attitude to work as a team.
* UK driving license and reliable vehicle is advantageous but not a requirement.
Job Description and Responsibilities
* Contact sales email enquiries to sell the course and take a deposit.
* Answer sales enquiries via telephone with the aim to close the sale ensuring a professional mannerism at all times.
* Make outgoing call drives to follow up on your sales enquiries and warm leads including renewal call lists.
* Provide detailed course information to clients, answering any questions they may have in regards to courses and payment.
* Identify and target new potential customers.
* Identify key training decision-makers within organisations to develop relationships and build a solid deliverable pipeline of new business.
* Achievement of monthly sales target.
* Proactively create lead generation through various methods including telephone, email and face to face.
* Follow up on presented inductions both with attended and non-attended potential trainees, ensuring all notes and tasks are kept up to date.
* Carry out presentations for new entrant courses as and when required.
* Representing the company at exhibitions and other promotional events and actively exploring the leads generated.
* Strategic account management of existing students and referrals.
* Complete outreach activities including outreach, mailshots, and call drives to drive sales leads.
* Record notes on CRM system keeping your sales leads information up to date.
* Develop own knowledge of the training products offered by L4T and the industry as a whole.
