An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. You will be responsible for the meticulous diary management and pro-active organisation of the CEO's time, making arrangements and appointments. You must be able to carefully manage and organise large volume of deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work, making sure the CEO's operations run smoothly. Thus, the candidate should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver. Responsibilities Responsible for the CEO’s diary, including arranging complex travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings, planning and organisation of events. Responsible for the CEO’s email inbox, categorising mail and responding on his behalf Liaising both with internal stakeholders and with external clients and third parties to arrange meetings Planning and organising activities on behalf of the CEO, understanding business priorities in order to effectively manage time. Taking accurate meeting minutes and providing in a timely manner following the meeting, including details of any actions. Organising meetings both on- and off-site including the negotiation of commercial arrangements with external venues where applicable. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations. Attributes/ Experience Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role is essential Strong understanding of the necessary confidentiality required in the role of Executive Assistant Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote and SharePoint Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and multitask and prioritise effectively Demonstrates professionalism and remains calm and organised at all times Clear and concise communicator Great problem-solving skills and uses own initiative Comfortable working independently in a stand-alone role whilst also building effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders Salary / Benefits: Fantastic Salary and Company Benefits Contract:- 12 Months Fixed Term Working Hours:- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with flexibility required
