We are seeking a driven and dedicated Registered Manager to lead the launch of our clients new, community-focused independent fostering agency in the West Midlands. This is a unique opportunity to build an agency from the ground up, working closely with the Responsible Individual and shaping the future of fostering care.
The Orgnaisation:
They are a newly established independent fostering agency in the West Midlands, driven by a personal commitment to provide culturally sensitive and high-quality care for children in need. They are dedicated to making a meaningful impact on young lives and creating a supportive environment for both foster carers and children.
The Role:
As Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing the agency, securing Ofsted registration, and ensuring the highest standards of care. You will play a vital role in developing and implementing policies, building a strong team, and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the Ofsted registration process and ensure ongoing compliance.
Develop and implement robust policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems.
Lead the recruitment, training, and ongoing support of foster carers.
Cultivate strong relationships with local authorities and other partners.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Collaborate closely with the Responsible Individual throughout the agency's development.
Contribute to marketing and recruitment strategies to expand the agency's reach.
Monitor financial performance and participate in business planning.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record in fostering services, including significant management experience.
