We are working with a thriving secondary school located in Rainham, who are seeking a PE Teacher join their passionate and supportive team. As a PE Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical education lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will design and implement engaging, inclusive, and varied lessons that inspire students to stay active, develop their skills, and appreciate the importance of physical well-being. The successful candidate will also support extracurricular activities, such as sports teams and events, helping students build teamwork and leadership skills. Your role will involve monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and promoting a positive attitude towards physical activity, health, and fitness.
This is a permanent PE Teacher vacancy, with opportunity for a TLR and leadership opportunities.
Requirements
The desired PE Teacher be able to;
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality PE lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
Foster a positive attitude towards health, fitness, and teamwork, helping students to develop lifelong habits.
Develop and lead extracurricular activities, including sports clubs, competitions, and school sports teams.
Assess and monitor student progress, offering feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment that encourages all students to participate in physical activity.
