The roles include demonstrating and installation of there products at client's sites along with staff training and you will be working on customer sites throughout Aberdeen and North of Scotland, making sure that everything is running smoothly. Your role will involve completing all repairs within contracted service level agreements, which means you'll be making follow-up calls to install additional parts, performing Portable Appliance Tests (PAT), and carrying out scheduled planned maintenance services.
