Marketing Manager

MCS Group are delighted to be working alongside a growing Belfast based consultancy company to recruit a dynamic Marketing Manager to help refine and deliver the marketing plan across Europe.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills with experience in B2B marketing, SEO and CRM systems. You will be responsible for adopting, refining, and delivering the Europe marketing plan in line with the go-to-market strategy, plan, and priorities, working closely with the global marketing team, leaders, team members and key partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency in tone, assets, templates, and alignment with the brand's identity, culture, and offerings.
* Assist in refining the messaging framework and planning campaigns that align with business objectives.
* Work closely with the global marketing team across Europe, APAC, and South Africa.
* Oversee the Europe marketing strategy, focusing on key areas such as copywriting, creative development, social media management, and sales enablement.
* Create and deliver high-quality, content across both online and offline channels, including the website, social media, events, white papers, awards, and case studies.
* Execute and lead marketing campaigns across various platforms, from websites and social media to events, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives.
* Organise and participate in events, including conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
* Enhance and maintain measurement and reporting frameworks to evaluate campaign performance, budget effectiveness, and lead generation.
* Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
* Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and understand customer preferences.
Essential Criteria:
* Industry qualifications & certifications / Degree desirable but not essential
* Demonstrable & relevant B2B marketing experience – agency or in-house
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools and software. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management tools.
* Ideally, professional services marketing experience or, at a minimum, an understanding of IT and management consulting services
* Experience of applying creative thinking, developing engaging, creative concepts, and producing web and social media content
* Strong understanding of brand positioning, target audience, and the importance of a relevant value proposition
