Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Graduate Penetration Tester/Red Team Operator located in the London Area, United Kingdom. Threatspike Red is a highly regarded division known for delivering top-tier services to our clients. We provide a comprehensive range of penetration testing services, including web application testing, API assessments, mobile application security evaluations, and internal infrastructure/Active Directory testing. Additionally, we conduct Azure AD and Office 365 security reviews. Our expertise extends to executing advanced red team engagements, phishing simulations, and physical on-site black team assessments to ensure a thorough security evaluation.
Qualifications
For graduate roles at Threatspike Red, ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Required Qualifications:
1. Degree in a relevant field, such as:
* Ethical Hacking
* Any other related technical discipline
Preferred Certifications (Bonus to have any one of the following, not Mandatory but beneficial):
1. OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)
2. CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
3. Any other relevant certifications
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
1. Strong programming skills with proficiency in at least one language (e.g., Python, Go, C/C++, PowerShell, Bash)
2. Familiarity with Linux and command-line operations
3. Solid understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
4. Strong grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals, including threat models and attack techniques
5. Good understanding of penetration testing methodologies and best practices.
