Job Description
We are looking for individuals with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Home Instead – Godalming & Pulborough as a Care Assistant (Waking Nights) .
In this role, you will provide support to clients throughout the night to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities may include assisting with mobility, providing companionship, supporting with personal care, and responding to any needs during the night.
You do not need any prior experience or particular
qualifications
to become a Care Assistant. However, experience in a care setting or interacting with older people—whether through personal or voluntary experience—can be beneficial. Above all, we are looking for individuals who:

* Are reliable, trustworthy, and respectful.
* Enjoy building professional relationships and are comfortable spending time in the company of others.
Due to the rural nature of our client base, you will need to have a Full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
