Key Responsibilities: As a Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the business operates efficiently and profitably by delivering accurate financial insights and supporting key decision-making processes. The focus of this role is around sales, stock valuations and gross margin performance. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and analysing sales reports, stock valuations, and gross margin performance. Developing and maintaining weekly KPIs for stock control, sales invoices, and raw material purchases. Supporting month-end processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries. Maintaining and improving financial systems, particularly D365, to streamline operations. Providing ad hoc financial analysis and collaborating with the team to support decision-making and drive process improvements. What do we need from you? Qualifications: Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or similar) or early stages of study. Skills: Strong Excel skills (you'll ace the Excel test) and experience with D365 or similar financial systems. Experience: A background in management accounts or product KPIs would be ideal, as would stock valuation expertise. Mindset: A collaborative team player who's adaptable, analytical, and ready to roll up their sleeves.
