About the Role
Strode Park Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our care teams and support staff in a social care setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage care teams to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of service users.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve staff morale, retention, and productivity.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with Strode Park Foundation's values and goals.
Requirements
* Significant experience of leading care teams and support staff in a social care setting.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and improving outcomes for service users.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
