We're currently seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our Aftercare team for up to 12 months, covering a period of maternity leave. If you have strong IT and organisational skills, this could be a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality housing.
As a Coordinator in our Aftercare team, you will be responsible for assisting with the post-completion phase of our new build properties, including affordable rent and shared ownership homes. A key aspect of the role involves working closely with our Developers to manage outstanding defects and ensure all works are completed.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Monitor and manage email boxes, ensuring queries are directed to the relevant person.
* Oversee our Housing database (CX) for Aftercare and allocate tasks accordingly
* Track emergency defects, follow up on outstanding issues and ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with external partners to confirm all end-of-defect works are finalised.
* Handle administrative tasks, including raising work orders and purchase orders.
