What You’ll Do
As a thought leader and strategist, you will:
* Lead Global Strategy: Design and execute inclusion strategies tailored for the investment industry, aligned with ethics, regulatory frameworks, and behavioral finance principles.
* Drive Programs & Partnerships: Develop and manage innovative programs, workshops, and educational tools in collaboration with CFA Societies, investment firms, regulators, and institutional partners.
* Leverage Data & Insights: Create robust reporting frameworks, dashboards, and whitepapers to track trends and guide evidence-based decisions.
* Engage & Influence: Serve as the primary relationship manager for global stakeholders and represent the organization at key industry events.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in the investment industry, with expertise in governance, institutional partnerships, or investment processes.
* Proven track record of leading inclusion strategies in financial services.
* Strong knowledge of ethical governance, change management, and behavioral finance.
* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with experience in performance measurement.
* Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Comfortable speaking at conferences and authoring thought leadership reports.
* Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
* CFA designation or commitment to pursue it.
* Regulatory advocacy experience in financial services.
* Familiarity with fiduciary responsibilities and global governance standards.
* Proficiency in one or more additional languages.

Expected salary range: £80,000- £90,000 per year
Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits.
