If so, this could be the perfect role for you We're on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our internal recruitment team. In this role, youll be at the heart of the candidate journeymanaging everything from interview scheduling to onboardingwhile also supporting our Talent Acquisition Team Leader to develop the next generation of talent. This is a delivery-focused, non-sales position where your organisational skills and enthusiasm will truly shine. What youll be doing: Coordinating the full recruitment and onboarding process including interview scheduling, generating offer letters and contracts, and managing pre-employment checks (including right to work). Sourcing CVs from job boards and helping to build a strong pipeline of talent. Acting as the go-to person for candidatesensuring a smooth, professional and positive experience from application through to day one. Collaborating closely with our Talent Acquisition Team Leader to support graduate, intern, and early careers recruitment. Working onsite 2 days per week to encourage team connection and collaboration, with flexibility to work from home the other 3 days What youll bring: Experience in a fast-paced, administrative or coordination role (recruitment/HR experience a bonus). A people-focused approach with strong customer service and communication skills. Tech-savvinesscomfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
