Our client, operating within the water industry, is currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee projects for Severn Trent Water. This is a contract position offering ongoing work on a CIS basis. Key Responsibilities: Managing all on-site activities and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Coordinating with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safety regulations Monitoring project progress and conducting regular site inspections Providing regular updates and reports to senior management Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard and in line with Severn Trent Water's specifications Addressing any issues or concerns promptly to avoid project delays Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders Job Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, or Project Manager on water/civil projects Experience working on water treatment sites (Severn Trent Water experience desirable) SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White card), and First Aid certification Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Knowledge of permit systems, temporary works, and confined space regulations (preferred) Strong understanding of site management and project coordination Familiarity with health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance on-site Effective leadership and team management skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written If you are a highly skilled Site Manager with experience in the water sector, we encourage you to apply now to join our client's ongoing projects with Severn Trent Water.
